For this reason, ACI blueteam decided to invest in an internal IT department that maintains and evolves all technological platforms to support travel consultants and customers.
The team is made up of systems experts but also IT engineers and Project Managers who create customized software to facilitate the activities carried out by travel agents and to improve the “customer experience” of travelers.
We are convinced that software, even the most advanced, can never replace the professionalism and added value of our Travel Consultants, and for this reason all research and development activities are always oriented towards the creation of solutions capable of simplifying and enhancing the activities caried out by operators, leaving them plenty of time to add the distinctive value of their consultancy
